Refund Policy:

Due to the perishable nature of our cheese, Carr Valley Cheese cannot accept returns. Orders shipped with incorrect addresses are not eligible for reshipment or refunds. Once your order is entered, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number and details of the items you have ordered. If you would like to request an order cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible, as we cannot cancel the order once the product has shipped.

While we strive to deliver the best handcrafted, artisan cheese, there are cases where things happen, and a refund or reshipment is made. In these cases, please contact us at customercare@carrvalleycheese.com or 1-800-462-7258.

Shipping Policy:

We appreciate your business and thank you for choosing Carr Valley Cheese. It is our goal that your cheese arrives in excellent condition. We use UPS shipping. Dependent on weather, cheese may be shipped in an insulated cooler with ice packs.

Expedited orders will be processed as soon as possible and shipped 2nd day priority

To ensure the best quality cheese upon arrival, please ensure the recipient is available during delivery. Once cheese arrives, it can be stored immediately in the refrigerator.

The UPS tracking number for each package will be sent to the email provided during the order process. If you are still waiting to receive a tracking number email or would like assistance tracking the order, email customercare@carrvalleycheese.com or message us through our website contact form.

Please note that once the package leaves our facility, we can no longer stop or modify shipping information. While the shipping company does its best to ensure the package is delivered on time, please contact us if any shipping issue arise. Shipping-related matters are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Delivery Information:

To ensure the best quality cheese upon arrival, we typically ship packages Monday-Wednesday. This means any orders placed after 12 pm Central on Wednesday will ship the following Monday. We are unable to ship over major U.S. holidays that fall on weekdays. Shipping is only available within the contiguous United States, and we cannot ship to a P.O. Box. We try our best to process orders as quickly as possible. Still, please allow up to 10 business days and up to 14 days during the holiday season. We appreciate your business and want you to enjoy your cheese; please contact us if you are unsatisfied with your order.
