Wholesale FAQ's

• • Pack sizes
    • • We offer bulk/wheels, random weight retail cuts, and exact weight retail pieces.

     

• • Lead times
    • • Because everything is cut to order, our warehouse asks that you plan for a seven-day lead time on all wholesale orders. If you have a requested ship date, we can usually accommodate that. We suggest planning and ordering ahead for upcoming holidays to ensure you receive your products in time.

     

• • Minimums
    • • To increase efficiency, we have put in place a one-case minimum for orders. For many of our exact weight items, that's only 3.75# of cheese!

     

• • Shelf Life
    • • We guarantee 180 days on all our items when they leave our warehouse, so approximately 170-178 days upon arrival.

     

• • Shipping
    • • We ship our cheese in insulated coolers year-round to our customers. We use UPS and Spee-Dee Delivery for all orders, and shipping fees are based on the weight of the box. Spee-Dee Delivery is used for Midwest locations only, and UPS for the rest of the country. Our default is to ship UPS ground; however, we can upgrade if the customer requests it. Your representative may suggest upgrading during the warmer months based on your location. We cannot be held liable for packages damaged in transit.
