Broccoli, Cheddar & Ranch Flatbread

  • 1 ball pizza dough
  • 1 cup ricotta
  • 1/2 – 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 small head broccoli just florets, finely chopped
  • 1/2 package pepperoni slices
  • 3.5 oz Carr Valley 5 Year Cheddar shredded
  • fresh dill to taste


  • Preheat oven to 400F.
  • Use generous amount of oil and your hands to shape the dough on the baking sheet or stone you will be cooking it on. Keep the edges slightly thicker than the center for a nice crust.
  • Once shaped, add on the ricotta in dollops and drizzle ranch evenly over the crust.
  • Sprinkle the chopped broccoli evenly over the crust, layer the pepperoni on top of that.
  • Spread the shredded 5 Year Cheddar on top.
  • Sprinkle with fresh dill, and bake for 20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and slightly charred in spots. Serve hot and enjoy!
